  21. Financial Procedures Rational: Church members and officers must know what it takes to access church financial resources for various ministries. Avenue 1 - Financial request brought to appropriate department head for approval. (Example: Youth outing gas money, ask Youth Ministries Leader.) If dollar amount is within the departments funds, and the department head approves, the department head may ask the Treasurer to write a check or provide reimbursement (FORMS). Avenue 2 - If dollar amount is greater than the department’s funds or the appropriate department does not want to participate, the request may be brought to the the Administrative Board. Avenue 3 – Raise the funds through fundraisers

  22. Financial Procedures Church Financial Policy 1. Departments submit funding needs to Board in January 2. If the Department account does not have money in it, do not spend money, reimbursement will not me made. 3. If money is needed, yet the department account has no money, you may make a request to the Board or Fund Raise. -$29,000
