  3. COORDINADOR GENERAL EL COORDINADOR GENERAL SE PREOCUPARÁ DE PLANIFICAR Y CONTROLAR LAS ACTIVIDADES DEL EVENTO. ADEMÁS, ORGANIZA LAS COMISION LOGISTICA, TECNICO, COMUNICACIONAL, TESORERIA, ETC…

  4. COMITÉ ORGANIZADOR SE ENCARGA DE SELECCIONAR AL CORDINADOR GENERAL, UNA VEZ ELEGIDO, AMBOS SERAN RESPONSABLES DE PLANIFICAR Y COORDINAR EL EVENTO. UNA DE SUS TAREAS ES BUSCAR AUSPICIADORES Y PATROCINADORES.

  5. COMITÉ CONTROLADOR SON LOS ENCARGADOS DE CONTROLAR Y VERIFICAR QUE LOS ATLETAS (CORREDORES) REALICEN EL CIRCUITO DISEÑADO CON ANTERIORIDAD, EL CUAL SERÁ POR EL INTERIOR DEL CAMPUS INAF (PATIOS,CANCHAS ETC.…)

  6. COMITÉ ADMINISTRATIVO SERA EL ENCARGADO DE CONTROLAR LOS INGRESOS YA SEAN POR DONACIONES O LOS PROPORCIONADOS POR LOS AUSPICIADORES SI ASÍ FUESE EL CASO.

  7. COMITÉ TÉCNICO Y LOGÍSTICA SERA EL ENCARGADO DE PREVENIR LAS FUTURAS LESIONES DE LOS ATLETAS TANTO AL PRINCIPIO COMO AL FINAL DEL EVENTO. PROPORCIONAR SEGURIDAD EN EL TRAYECTO CON UN CIRCUITO SEGURO Y UN DISEÑO ACORDE AL ESPACIO FÍSICO.

  8. COMITÉ RELACIONES PUBLICAS • SERÁN LOS ENCARGADOS DE DIFUNDIR Y PROMOCIONAR EL EVENTO (CORREO ELECTRÓNICO, DÍPTICOS, AFICHES , LIENZOS, ETC…) • ENTREGARAN INFORMACIÓN: RESULTADOS FINALES , FOTOS, ETC… • ANIMACIÓN DEL EVENTO.

ANTECEDENTES GENERALES Nombre : 1ºcorrida instituto Inaf autónomo Fecha : Viernes 1 de julio 2011 Lugar : Avenida quilín nº 5635 (interior patio) Carácter : Competitivo Distancia : 3 KM Organizadores : Curso nivel 300 (carrera : Entrenador de Deportes y Actividad Física) Coordinador : Miguel zapata Colaboran : Directores y profesores (Inst. INAF, ANFP). Auspiciador : Casino Instituto, Frutos del país , socios nivel 300

  14. OBJETIVO: Esta corrida tiene la finalidad de promover la actividad física y el sano esparcimiento entre los alumnos del instituto . Dar la oportunidad de competir y disfrutar un momento de sana entretención. FUNDAMENTACION • Este evento a escala menor de las grandes corridas será evaluado y calificado en el ramo (organización de competencias y eventos deportivos).Que imparte el instituto Inaf. (Prof. Ana Orellana Durand)

  15. REGLAMENTACION: • Los deportistas deben venir debidamente uniformados con ropas deportivas. • Deben llevar el numero asignado en el pecho. • Respetar el trazado el que contara con banderilleros. • Respetar las indicaciones dadas por el coordinador. • Cualquier situación no prevista en estas bases , serán resueltas por el comité organizador. • Se contara con primeros auxilios.

  16. CATEGORÍAS ,BASES Y PREMIACIÓN. Categoría única todo competidor: de 20 a mas años (varones) Categoría especial: (el disfraz original) toda categoría. Categoría equipos : A – B. PREMIACIONES CATEGORÍA TODO COMPETIDOR: medallas a los tres primeros lugares, diploma de participación. ( solo al primer lugar vale del casino) CATEGORÍA ESPECIAL : premio sorpresa (será elegido por el comité organizador). CATEGORÍA EQUIPOS : trofeo. • los 10 primeros competidores en cruzar la línea de meta darán puntaje para sus respectivos equipos. • Puntaje: 15,10,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.

  17. EL RECORRIDO La partida será al interior de instituto en un circuito por los senderos que abarcaran las canchas de la ANFP y el patio del INAF. Los atletas recorrerán la distancia de 3KM que será guiada por un juez. REFRIGERIO SOLIDO Y LIQUIDO: para todos los que llegan a la meta jugo hidratante , fruta ,etc.…
