Overview Preventative Measures Are Key
Warning Signs (Profile) of Violence • Direct or Veiled threats • Inappropriate & Aggressive Behavior • Numerous conflicts (Supervisors & other Employees) • Brandishing weapons or inappropriate references to weapons at work • Statements of fascination or identification with perpetrators of WP violence • Statements of desperation to the point of suicidal • Substance abuse; and / or • Extreme changes in behavior
