To set the Cut-offs for smaller island countries From the population census questionnaire We will input (Tuvalu’s sample question) • Is this household engaged in agricultural activity? • Subsistence only • Commercial only • Subsistence and commercial • No agricultural activity • The number of livestock, food crops, and pets owned? • Is the household engaged in fishing actively? • Where does this household fish?

  3. Internally we will identify which ones are the • agricultural household • Non-agricultural household

  4. 2. We would not collect information from households under the cut-offs and those listed as non-agriculture. 3. We would prepare a separate questionnaire for the agriculture household above the cut-offs using the household IDs in the census forms to link and identify the same household.
