Australia for UNHCR • Annual WRD Breakfast attended by 250 raised more than $100,000 (Australian dollars) • Re-launched Syria Fundraising Appeal using WRD to leverage it • 2 online banners (One minute versus Syria) • Takeover of home page of national multicultural broadcaster SBS for the week • Ran specially made film focused on UNHCR theme ‘One family torn apart by war is too many’ in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane at outdoor locations of high foot traffic where F2F team were working. Generated 25% uplift in results for the day • Raised more than $3,500 from pop up on home page for WRD • Raised more than $10,000 from print advertising in major metropolitan newspapers in Sydney and Melbourne

Benelux and Spain • Benelux • As part of partnership with Thalys, the high speed train company, every ticket sold on WRD led to a €1 contribution to UNHCR. Expected revenue approx. €20,000 • International school of The Hague organized a fundraising event on WRD where UNHCR were invited to speak. Expected revenue approx.€3000. • Spain • Did not use WRD as a case to support any fundraising appeal but received spontaneous donations as a response to e-update of €2536
