Don Manzullo) - $ 482,100 • Mc Henry County Community Block Grant - $ 61,101 • IEPA Low Interest Loan (SSA) - $ 910,133 • Village of Port Barrington- $ 209,299 • Total Project Cost - $ 1,662,633

Collection System Seminar Low Pressure Sanitary Sewer System - Phase I Project Funding – IEPA Loan / Special Service Area • SSA approved by residents • Each resident served pays an annual assessment • Repays the IEPA Low Interest Loan • This is assessment is added to the tax bill • Annual repayment of less than $500 per resident Project Funding – Grants • Funded almost one-third of the project • Required to make the project fiscally feasible

Collection System Seminar Low Pressure Sanitary Sewer System - Phase I Project Testing - Infrastructure • Pressure Testing of Forcemain • Flow Meter Testing • Vacuum Testing of Manholes • Manufacturer Test of Grinder Pumps Upon successful testing residents were permitted to connect to the Low Pressure Sanitary Sewer System. The District required residents to connected within one year.
