  1. Making Media for bacteria cell culture (media prep) • Copy title of lab • Read page 71 and summarize this background info in at least 3 sentences. Title it background. • Copy purpose • Write procedure, do the calculation under part 1. You will be using a package of LB agar where the recipe is for 25 g for 1000 ml. (use m1/v1 = m2/v2) you will only make 50 mL. • Draw pictures for each step of the procedure, and give brief description of what each step is. • I will make the LB broth, just look/read at the procedure, so you know what I will give you. • Tomorrow, everything must be SUPER STERILE! • Do thinking like a biotechnician #1-3
