Write using complete sentences and use personal experience for examples. • Why did you sign up for this class? • What do you hope to achieve? Why is that achievement important to you? • What is your best leadership trait? List three and explain a time when you demonstrated these traits. • What is a leadershiptrait that you admire in other people and why? • What are you excited about this year and what are you worried about? Pair up with a partner who was born in the same month as you. • Read your journal responses to each other and discuss what you wrote. • Choose either a commonality or difference to share out to the class. • Starting with January partners and ending with December partners, share the commonality or difference you and your partner discussed.
