Comment On The Risk Of Opening Attachments There is a risk of opening attachments because some attachments may contain viruses. Which could harm your computer causing it not to function properly. Some viruses also track passwords and could delete important documents from your computer.
Include Multiple Attachments Here is the map and directions I sent to wacky mtb
Use CC CC is used to send a “Carbon Copy” of the exact same email to someone else. Carbon Copy is from the olden days when people use to copy paper instead of writing it out again which was called a carbon copy.
Set Email Priority By pressing this button it sends the email with high importance.
Summarise The Risk Of Opening Attachments The risk of opening certain attachments could be dangerous. Some files can be trusted if you scan them while others aren’t. Opening some attachments could save viruses to your computer which are hard to delete and scan for viruses. Without using a good antivirus it would be hard to realise before opening the document whether or not it has viruses in it. .
Use BCC BCC is a “blind carbon copy” which means that the main email addresses wouldn’t know who you have sent the message to. I Used bcc so that the other person doesn’t know I have sent this same email to someone else
Store Information In An Address Book Here are the contacts I saved to my address book.
Create And Use An Email Signature Here is my Email Signature.. Which I have used in every message.
Consistently Use Appropriate Subjects And Message Text In every message I used subjects and message text that was relevant to the email I sent. This is important so that the recipient of the email knows what the actual email contains.
Suggest Actions To Reduce The Risks From Attachments An action that can be done to reduce the risks from attachments could be to use an updated virus scanner to scan the attachment then open it once you are aware that the file is safe. Viruses cause threats to your computer such as key logging where it sees passwords that you type and can hack into any of your accounts. Another thing to do would be to open attachments only from people you know so that they are not trying to access any of your files.
