AGS Templates • GCA current TeleForm version 10.4.1 • All GCA templates are VersiForms • Files will be exported as .tft • Coloured borders and text are set as dropout colours • A few questions are set to be mandatory • Templates have been activated before they export • Re-activating will mean GCA cannot scan • A TeleForm Template release form will need to be returned to GCA before a template will be issued

3. Mandatory Questions • Since post-population mandatory questions are • GCAID • Maj1 (1st Major) • The following text fields will come up for review: • Empname (employers name) • Occ (title of occupation) • Email (long term email address)
