  4. ILP Vision The ILP documents students’ interests, needs, supports, course selections, transition strategies and activities, and other learning experiences both in and out of school. The ILP produces a thoughtful program of study and planning guide leading students to proficiency for graduation and post-secondary experiences.

  5. What is an ILP? • ILP = Individual Learning Plan • ILPs provide students with a road map to the future and a record of the past. • The ILP is a dynamic tool that maps academic plans, and reflects each student’s unique set of interests, needs, and learning goals.

  6. Waytogo ILP Targets for 2014-15 Targets for the coming school year: • 10% more schools using the WTGRI ILP system • 10% more students starting an ILP • 10% more students completing an ILP • 100 schools trained • Parent campaign for WTGRI and ILP
