NSBE-MIT Committees • Conference Planning Committee • Assists in the Planning of Attendance at the FZC, FRC, SRC, and Annual National Convention • Freshman Committee (All Freshmen Participate) • Leadership Training for the Freshmen Members • President • Vice-President • Treasurer • Secretary • Develops Chapter Chant, T-Shirt Design, & Enacts PAC’s. • Assists in the Planning of the Final Banquet

NSBE-MIT Committees • Research & Communications Committee • Produces the Chapter Newsletter • Maintains the Chapter Website • Provides Technical Excellence & Communications Workshops • Pre-College Initiative Committee • Meets with PCI Members at Boston Latin School • Develops Programs to Enrich the PCI Chapter • Public Relations Committee • Researches & Provides Chapter with Business Relationships • Advertises & Promotes Corporate Info Sessions & Workshops

The Direction of the Chapter • Chapter Objectives: R.I.S.E. • Reinforce the Importance of a Good Academic Record • Increase Committee Involvement • Solidify Our Chapter’s Communication • Encourage Participation in Technical Research • ATB, Achievers Plus • Transparent Executive Board • Revived “The Torch” • BlUES Research Colloquium, USTR

The Direction of the Chapter • Conferences & Conventions • Chapter Sponsorship Application • Must Participate in At Least One Committee • Based off of the 1991-92 Sponsorship Application (minus the 2 Page Essay) • Travel Dates • Fall Zone Conference (October 18, 2008) • Fall Regional Conference (November 6-9, 2008) • Annual National Convention (March 25-29, 2008)
