  3. Pending Changes to UNMJobs Position Classification Pull Down Menu • Unresolved sorting issue on search screens with Position Classification Pull Down Menu • Vendor has been unable to resolve • Adding Position Classification Code field to assist departments with searches

  4. Pending Changes to UNMJobs Funding Tab Fields on HP to be Required • Adding required “*” to Index, Labor Accnt Code, and % fields on Hiring Proposal Funding Tab • Must have to set up position and job • Plan to remove the funding tab from the action for posting-feedback?

  5. Pending Changes to UNMJobs Applicant Salary View to be Required • Open Text Field • Allows departments to recruit in their own way • Can put range, “Negotiable”, “Depending on Education and Experience”

  6. Salary (Applicant View) will be required.

  7. Pending Changes to UNMJobs Start Date on Hiring Proposal to be Required • Provide best Estimate • Employment Area can edit if needed • Needed to set up position-will be required for EPAFs

Position Management Update • Position Management Report to be available in ePRINT in October • Will list all single positions by Org and status • Frozen - Vacant • Canceled - Filled • Sorted by Status? • Proposed fields for the report • Position #, Last Incumbent, Job End date, • Position Classification

  9. OneSource • Implementation first week of Oct • New Hires and Separations • Check lists on the Landing Pages • Feedback/Questions to OneSrce@unm.edu • Link will be sent out on UNMJobs ListServ
