  1.       PASSENGER APP - GUIDE          A. Logging into the app  B. Main functions         

  2. A. Logging into the app          First, you have to install the ​Infinite Cab passenger application from             the playstore. Once the ​passenger app is installed, then Sign Up by         filling out the following fields.    1. User Name    2. Full Name    3. Mobile Number    4. Profile Picture    5. Gender    6. E-Mail Id                             

  3.   7. Password    Once you are done, click on “ Register Now”.     You are done! Now, you can book a ride through the app.    Once you log in with your credentials, you can see the following on your             right.    1. Notifications    Any messages from the admin will be displayed here.    2. Booked Rides                        The driver and cab details of all your rides booked for future will be               displayed here. You will get all the booked ride details.                    

  4.       If you want, you can cancel any of these rides by clicking on the “               Cancel this Trip” button.                                               

  5. 3. Trip History          Details of all the trips you have taken with the company along with               the dates and fare will be displayed here.                                       

  6.   4. Profile          You complete profile with all your contact details will be given here.    5. My Documents    Your documents like health card etc will be given here.                             

  7.     6. Favourite Places        You can set the locations of your home,work etc on the map so that               you can easily book a ride to these places.                             

  8. 7. Refer a friend        You will earn points for each referral you make.    8. About us    You can learn more about the company and their contact details from             here.    9. Logout    You can log out of the app from here.                               

  9. B. Main Functions    The Passenger App has the following main functions.      1. Book a Ride        Destination : You have to select the destination either from Favourite             Places, by typing in the place or by placing the place picker at the               desired destination point.    Source :​ Your current location will be the source location.    Ride : After selecting the location, press “ Quote” and you will         be shown an estimate fare for the ride.                                                   

  10.        Vehicle Type : You can choose the ride of your choice like SUV, Sedan               etc                  

  11.     Once the payment mode is set to either cash/ewallet, you need to click               on ‘​Book Now​’.                                              

  12. 2. Check your bookings        Once you have booked the ride, a timer will be displayed on the screen               for 60 seconds and a driver will be allocated within this time frame if                 there are free ones in the vicinity. His contact details will be shared             with you and he will contact you to know your whereabouts in the               pickup locality. Once in the cab, you can begin the trip and share the             driver details and cab details with your relative, if you choose to.           When you reach the destination, you can choose to pay the amount           either by cash or by e-wallet.    If he rejects the trip, another cab will be made available at your             disposal by the admin.                                                                                                               

  13.   Cancelling the trip : ​When a driver accepts your trip request, you have               the liberty to cancel the trip within 2 minutes.                  Future Trips : ​To book a future trip, you need to click on the plus icon               shown in the main window.                         

  14.       Once you press the plus icon, please fill the following data.    1. Pickup location  2. Destination location  3. Select the date and time  4. Select payment method  5. Select cab type    When you enter these details, press ‘Book Now’.
