Yes • Most interesting tool/document? Why? • Access to Services template from Sri Lanka: practical application for situational analysis by sector → CPF. Nepal: project advisory committee, BGD multi stakeholder meeting local govt, service providers, community including people with disabilities, Cambodia CIP → making links & relationships

Why? • Access to Services in Challenging Environments: explanation on global view on factors determining access: general organization of services in a region, internal organization of services & attitude of population • CBO & DPO Livelihood Capacity Building Assessment Tool: addresses experience, interest and capacity to support livelihoods • MIUSA checklist: well structured, comprehensive, policies, practice, skills, accessibility and accommodation, monitoring, networks – good framework for mainstream stakeholder assessments

Yes • Most interesting tool/document? Why? • Access to Microfinance workshop facilitation guide /tool kit - access to microfinance is great!- shows that a training is not a series of ppts

Improvement? • Guidance on access to training and IEC for participants with disabilities • TNA • Technical skills training for service providers: reasonable accommodation, etiquette, alternate communication = difficult as specific for needs - awareness raising, presenters with disabilities – need some guidance on approach and how to respond to specific requirements
