Agenda • This seminar will address the following: • Overview of Expectations • Define Forensic Psychology • The role of psychology in the legal system and its ethical implications. • Your opinions regarding the role of psychology in the legal system. • The possible benefits and drawbacks in applying psychology to the law.

  17. The Criteria • Accuracy - Who is the author and can you contact him?  • Authority- Are author's credentials provided?  • Objectivity: Is there obvious bias? Are there advertisements? • Currency: Is there a date and is it appropriate? • Coverage:  Is there a fee to obtain the information; do you need extra software is needed to view the text?

The Criteria • Accuracy - Who is the author and can you contact him?  Yes:  The author is Tully and his contact information is tullye@aol.com or 308 Altoona Drive, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401. • Authority- Are author's credentials provided?  Yes:  Tully is the editor of The National Executive Institute Associates Leadership Bulletin, was an FBI Special Agent from 1962 to 1993. He is presently the Executive Director of the National Executive Institute Associates and the Major City Chiefs.
