APL and talent management One of our points of interest in talent development and talent management. Talent development in our point of view is linked to competence development and APL We are experiencing new ways to implement talent development, competence development and APL in companies. Examples: In the judiciary and accountancy Zuidema trainings are used to earn ‘qualification points’. The products are judged by a college of experts and honored with qualification points
