The study was conducted to demonstrate the performance of four varieties of glutinous corn during wet season in the province of Cagayan, in terms of agronomic and economic characteristics. Specifically, it aimed to find out the best suited corn variety under CSU Lal-lo condition during wet season in terms of: (a) plant height (cm); (b) length of corn ear (cm); (c) rows per ear; (d) ear diameter; (e) weight of 1000 kernels dried and fresh (g); (f) yield per plot (kg) and cost and return analysis. The treatments were: T1 (Lagkitan), T2 (Nutri Lyt), T3 (Batik) and T4 (Purple gem).
