  4. No Cost Extension • If more time is required to complete activities already in the approved grant (not new activities) • Submit a written request 45 days prior to the end of the project period (8-16-2010) • Include: • Cover letter signed by authorizing official • Clearly indicate length of time needed and activities to be completed

Upcoming Due Dates • SF-PPR Program Progress Report (Quarterly) • April 30th, 2010 • July 30th, 2010 • October 29th, 2010 • SF-PPR Program Progress Report (Final) • December 28th, 2010 • SF-269 Financial Status Report (Semi-Annual) • April 30th, 2010 • October 29th, 2010 • SF-269 Financial Status Report (Final) • December 28th, 2010

  6. Financial Status Report (SF-269) Second semi-annual report for the third budget period. Due 30 days after the end of the budget period

  7. Final SF-269 • Cumulative report for entire project period (3 years) • Due 90 days after the end of the project period (12-28-2010)

  8. Property Inventory and Disposition • Used for reporting final status and/or future use of real property and equipment • Not used for reporting small quantities of supplies

  9. Property • Real Property – Land and all the things that are attached to it • Equipment – has a useful life of more than one year and an acquisition cost of $5000 or more per unit

  10. What should I do with property/equipment? • Continue to use it for your MCP program (regardless of grant involvement)*Most MCP programs • Use it for HHS funded programs • Use it for other Federally funded projects • If property is no longer needed, submit a written request for disposition instructions to OGM
