Title: Frozen Assets • Artist: Diego Rivera • Date of Composition:1931 • Artistic Era: Modern
I chose this picture by Diego Rivera because I enjoy looking out at cities. For example, I love when we drive out of the tunnel in Pittsburgh and we get a great view of Pittsburgh. Also Rivera portrays the life during the Great Depression, people going to work, the homeless people get to sleep, and the wealthy get to put their money in the bank. The Great Depression interests me.
