  6. 1-The strings are tangled. 2- My mom tangled the wires.

  7. tangled • Twisted or mixed up. Ex: The kitten tangled the yarn all aroung.

  8. 1- The fridge is empty. 2- I have an empty cup.

  9. empty • not full. • Ex: I am thirsty but the water bottle is empty.

  10. 1- The swift ship moves very quickly. 2- The swift horse is very beautiful.

  11. swift • fast. • Ex: The swift rabbit ran away from the fox.

  12. 1- The baby sleeps peacefully in its bed. 2- The children played peacefully in the recess.

  13. peacefully • calmly, not fighting. • Ex: • The cat napped peacefully on the warm grass. .

  14. 1- The stream is running between the mountains. 2- There is a small stream in the forest.

  15. stream • Flowing water like a small river. • Ex: There is a small stream of water beside our house.

  16. 1- The sun blazed in the sky. 2- The fire blazed in the forest.

  17. blazed • burned or shined brightly. • Ex: • The sun blazed strongly in the middle of the day. .
