LMARS Report Criteria • LMARS DLA Special Fill Type Table • The procedure to determine the contents of the corp fill field is inthree parts • The first part relies upon status codes • The second uses the MSOS file and PIIN contents • The last decision is based on the RDD • The first entity in the table is the corp fill desired as a result of checking status; the status date is also saved. The next entity is determined by the MSOS/PIIN contents. The corp fill determined by this section is saved in the second table entry. The advice codes are then checked for BV or BZ or a docid of AB. If one of these is found, the date from the status document is also saved in the second table entry. Finally, the RDD is checked for S or X as the first character and, if found, the third table entry will have a fill code of H and the date field will be the Date of Birth. • The date fields are then compared to each other and the latest (most recent) date is saved along with the contents of its corp fill area. If a corp fill entry was present for this item, then that corp fill is used for this LRT record. However, if the hold corp area is blank, then the LRT corp fill is set to A.
