  2. Pretend You are an Egyptian Doctor. Given the following situations describe your treatment or advice (according to the book.) • Your patient has trouble breathing from time to time and seems to be suffering from asthma. • You patient is a small baby with a cough. • A friend is asking what kind of training his daughter might expect if she wants to be a doctor. • A relative has died after being treated by a doctor. Should the doctor be punished? Why or why not?

  3. 5. Every night your patient has really bad indigestion (stomach ache.) 6. Your patient is asking if honey is a good treatment for infection. Can they use anything else? 7. Are there any diseases or conditions you won’t treat? 8. Describe the pros and cons of being a doctor.

  4. Remember that your Ch. 8-11 binder items are due (vocab, timeline, important people, study questions) on Tuesday. Get a copy or go to the website.
