Employee Satisfaction and MFR Goal B -- “Customer Satisfaction” -- By the end of fiscal year 2015, MCAPD will recruit, hire and retain a quality and diverse workforce, and improve employee satisfaction by achieving the following benchmarks: • Increase the Employee Satisfaction Survey overall satisfaction score for MCAPD staff from 5.47 to 5.6 (8 = total). • Increase the average department years of service for badged staff retention rates from 8.55 to 8.9 years.
