Role and Functions of the Steering Committee The Steering Committee is composed by 1 member from each Partner City. The Steering Committee is the core management of the Partnership. Its main functions are: • Review of performance against objectives • Contribute and participate in the evaluation of the project • Agree forward action plan for project development

The Torino Management Team and the 4 local teams for the Peer Review Workshops Draw up the draft programme of the 4 PREWs • Send the draft programme to designed participants for comments • Produce the final programme of the workshops • Recruit experts • Supervise local organisation and promotion of the PREWs • Produce and distributes workshops joining packs for participants and finalise practical arrangements • Produce the workshops evaluation report and PREWs final reports • Define, in close connection with project partners teams, all organisational issues concerning PREWs and financial aspects
Functions of Torino Management Team Strategic Project Manager – Luisa Avedano • Responsible for the overall management of the project, in close connection with Project Partners (PP) • Responsible for the financial management of the project; in close connection with PP • Interacting with the URBACT Secretariat on all issues relating to project development (i.e.state of the art, reports, financial reports, changes in the work plan and/or budget) • Coordinating the TMT and its interaction with PP teams • Coordinating PP applications and experts applications
Functions of Torino Management Team Network and Communication Manager • Coordinate and implement all Network build up, development and communication flows among project partners, with particular reference to: • 4 PREWs organisation in close connection with PP Teams • Coordinate network communication and information to all participants involved with particular reference to on line learning and exchange resource on the web site and Urb-Health newsletters • Coordinate the creation of the Guidelines for future interventions in areas of poor urban environment • Supervise monitoring reports on project development • Establish and maintain systems for monitoring and evaluation in close connection with the Project Manager and the Partners • Supervise dissemination and capitalisation processes in close connection with the URBACT Secretariat and guidelines
Functions of Torino Management Team Administrative and Financial Supervisor • Collect all the financial information necessary for financial reports on project development following the guidelines set by the URBACT Secretariat • Supervise the administrative and financial issues attached to project development in close connection with the project coordinator and with PP teams • Interface these tasks with the Presage software (the tool set by URBACT Secretariat for the financial accounting and reporting)
Functions of Torino Management Team Network Coordinator – Aurelio Dugoni • Work in close connection with the whole TMT supporting it in the transnational project development • Support the organisation of the PREWs • Support the content production of the Urb-Health newletters, the on line learning and the exchange resource on the web-site • Liasing with the Webmaster in terms of establishing the project web-site and its content in close conneection with PP
