How do you define co-teaching?
State Definition Co-Teaching is a collaborative partnership between a generalist and a specialist who have shared accountability and ownership for planning and delivering instruction and assessment to all students within a classroom environment.
Co-Teaching Framework • Purposes: • Enhance instruction and access for students with disabilities • Guidance and consistency for quality implementation • Support strategic planning at the district and school levels for all learners

Consider and Discuss • Read the vision and mission statements. • Highlight the statements that align with the core beliefs embedded in your school (system) improvement plans? • Discuss with your neighbor.
