Mission of MGYOSZ • influences economic policy making, • maintains contacts with the Parliament, the government and state administration, • prepares analyses engages in professional activities,, proposals on corporate and the current economic policy concepts, • provides a forum for expression of opinions Main issues: • Economic policy making, competitiveness • Taxation, Environment, Company affairs • represents the interests of members onmacro level, in national social dialogue as a recognised social partner • Labour Code, wage negotiation, education and training • International relations MGYOSZ/BUSINESSHUNGARY
Activities in training • Representation of economic, professional and employers’ interest Expressing of employers interests in regional and national reconciliation, advisory committee in terms of training • Umbrella organization /50 professionalbranch, 19 regional associations and over 100 direct members/ Representation at EU and international level: • BUSSINESSEUROPE, CEDEFOP, Advisory Board of Vocational Training in EU and BIAC, IOE • LLL Committee • Subcommittees to the European Commission MGYOSZ/BUSINESSHUNGARY

MGYOSZ’s role within the Project • The Confederation of Hungarian Employers and Industrialists MGYOSZ has a long standing co-operation with the promoter. • Its role started before the project when MGYOSZ provided needs analyses for the promoter pointing out the clear demand for high level SME trainings of the SME constituents, • The main role of MGYOSZwas the continuous evaluation of the project, MGYOSZ/BUSINESSHUNGARY
MGYOSZ Tasks: • taking part in the ongoing monitoring of the program • involving MGYOSZ job- expert MGYOSZ Tasks in the Project 1 s for successful project implementation and promotion • drawing up the requirements of the members SME concerning the modules led by the local HE partner / BGF 5 modules MGYOSZ/BUSINESSHUNGARY
MGYOSZ Tasks cont. • Checking and evaluation of the curriculum (draft versions) by the experts • Cooperating with BGF, gave feed back on the relevance of the curricula. • Professional consultation with the experts creating the teaching material • BUSINESSHUNGARY participates in the dissemination of the project results. The results are published in our periodical: Magyar Gyáripar and on website. MGYOSZ/BUSINESSHUNGARY

Choosing the job-experts • Appointing SME experts, in charge of representing SME interests, • Recognized experts of given professional area where they have pedagogical experience, • They have information from the new competence-based and in modules organized training, • The final requirements have to add to all competences, • Consultation from the teaching material, timely modifications MGYOSZ/BUSINESSHUNGARY
Opinion of experts • High level curricula is supported by the up-to-date knowledge, • Teaching materials well followed the objectives of course, • All of the expected basic competencies can be found inside, • The structure of course is good • Generally the trainings materials are acceptable, MGYOSZ/BUSINESSHUNGARY
Experience experts • The experts beside some concrete professional modification of content given recommendations to the method to the better learning: • more examples from practice, • better explanation the ground content, • missing the Hungarian published professional books from the bibliography, (marketing) • Its need to give the several links to the learning in training material MGYOSZ/BUSINESSHUNGARY
Results for SME-s • Wide dissemination can increase the competitiveness of the SMS with a new diploma – possibility of e-learning in practice, • The activities of this European virtual SME campus areexpected to result in the improvement of the European transnational SME mobility. • Possibility in the EU LLL Program’s project to come to know work and method of Partners with international good practice comparison MGYOSZ/BUSINESSHUNGARY
Hungarian experience to thefuture development • In Hungary the qualification is structure based on modularization and a competence- and learning outcome-based • In the outcome requirements of the renewed OKJ, in addition to the identification of vocational knowledge and skills appear the method, social and personal competences required to perform an occupation/vocation.
