Baasmaksumused • 2009.a teise lisaeelarvega kinnitati 26.07.2009 VV määrusega nr 129 baasmaksumused järgmiselt: • Rakenduskõrgharidusõpe 21 760; • Bakalaureuseõpe 24 180; • Integreeritud õpe 30 230; • Magistriõpe 36 270; • Doktoriõpe 148 800; • Doktoriõppe tulemustasu 192 000. • Doktoriõpe sisaldab doktoranditoetust 72 000 krooni (6000 krooni 12. kuu jooksul).

Doktoriõppe rahastamine • 2009. aastast on doktoriõppe rahastamisel kasutusel uus rahastamismudel: 148 800 krooni aastas, millest 76 800 kr on ettenähtud ülikooli kulutuste katteks ning 72 000 kr doktoranditoetuseks. Lisandub täiendavalt doktoriõppe tulemusrahastamine 192 000 kr. • Doktoranditoetust arvestatakse alustaval kui ka lõpetamise aastal kuue kuu eest (6000x6=36 000 kr), vahepealse perioodil 12 kuu eest. • Doktoranditoetus 2009 aastal: 74 736 000 kr 2010 aastal: 77 544 000 kr
