  4. What do Ombudsmen do? Pass information from the command to the families Provide Resource and Referral information Serve as a source of emergency and crisis information Send a monthly newsletter UNCLASS

  5. Confidentiality • Conversations with Ombudsmen are confidential, however we are required instruction to report the following: • All suspected Child abuse/neglect • Alleged domestic abuse • Suspected/potential homicides, violence, or life endangering situations • All suspected/potential suicidal risks UNCLASS
