Show the ten frame for 3 - 5 seconds. Ask students to show the number of dots – with a number card, or on their whiteboard, or with counters on a ten frame mat, or … 2. More than/Less than concepts After seeing the ten frame for a few seconds, students could be asked to show 1 more (1 less, 2 more, 2 less etc.)
