  1. Happy New Year! I truly hope everyone reaches their own personal goals for 2013 and I also hope one of those goals may be to eat healthier and to get more exercise. Eating healthier is not doing without, it is just making healthier food choices, adding more physical activity to your daily routine and consistent potion control. Definitely easier said than done! But if you set your mind to it and think of it as a very important lifestyle change you will be happier for it! Following the Dietary Guidelines food groups and using the MyPlate logo as a visual will help you to make healthy choices. It is not much different than any of those diet plans out there, except the cost is VERY reasonable. Especially if you are able to get information off the internet and if not you can always give me a call and I will certainly give you probably more information than you need.
