  7. 实验一. 姜黄素:乙酰丙酸=1: 1 处理方法:产物过滤除去沉淀,除去溶剂,加入乙酸乙酯和HCl萃取。 结果 :水相颜色较深,杂质较多,为找到合适的处理方法。 有机相颜色较浅,点板分析有两个点,但极性相近,过柱分离。 洗脱剂条件优化:选用1,2-二氯乙烷洗脱,但洗脱速度慢。 产物滴入乙醚中未出现沉淀。

  8. 实验二. 姜黄素:乙酰丙酸=1: 10 实验三. 姜黄素:乙酰丙酰氯=1: 10 处理方法:产物过滤除去沉淀,除去溶剂,加入乙酸乙酯和HCl萃取。 结果 :有机相颜色深,点板均出现两个极性相近的点,待过柱分离 而水相中产物较少

  10. Problems • 萃取后水相中的产物橙红色,不溶于有机溶剂,有DMAP,HCl等水溶性杂质,无法纯化确定结构。 • 2. 有机相中产物点板均出现两个点,但与姜黄素的位置不同,过柱不能完全分开,且产物结构不能确定。
