Achievements • Breaking down pre conceptions between sectors ie VCS, Training Providers, Schools and Businesses • Getting qualifications and skills to those that wouldn’t otherwise achieve them • VCOs sitting as equal partners round the table • Involving organisations that could not otherwise be involved • Large complex partnerships can be made to work • Avoid duplication and unnecessary competition • Virement of outputs & funds

How do I get involved? • If you are a small VCO and you have the potential to contribute to the Convergence programme, then you may be able to benefit from the Capacity Building activities. • You need to be linking with one of the infrastructure organisations that we partner with. These are: • CN4C • CRCC • ECCVS • PCDT • Volunteer Cornwall
