  3. Getting There Of course Sandra had to go through a lot to be on the Supreme Court • Judge O’Connor was interviewed by General William Smith • Afterward, she met with President Regan , who decided to look no longer; Sandra O’Connor was his choice

  4. Supreme Court Justice Was the 1st Women on the Supreme Court in 1981 Sadly she retired in 2006 Went to Law School Graduated in 1952 from Stanford University

  5. Facts To Know Had a pet Bobcat named Bob There was no running water and electricity in the house Favorite horse was named Chico *Born in the time of the great depression *The great depression was a time when many people lost money
