6. Merchandise Committee • Work with Marie’s April Showers, Cache?, David’s Bridal ?, and Henri’s FormalWear • Create - Fitting sheets - Garment liability form - Merchandise contract • Attend ALL Fittings • TBD@ Marie’s April Showers • TBD @ Cache • TBD @ David’s Bridal • TBD @ Henri’s Tuxedos • Dressers and Starters day of show - 2 dressers, 2 starters • Work with Models getting ready and through whole show.

7. Commentary/ Music/ Performance Committee • Write commentary based upon research conducted- add humor and be creative • Pick Music for Show- Clay has final say (must be appropriate – listen/read lyrics) • Need 12 songs, 6 first half, 6 second half • Host Dance Tryout and Performance Tryout • Host performance and Dance practices • Commentators the day of the show! Must dress up!!! & MEMORIZE COMMENTARY! • Make Dance outfit ??

8. Promotion Committee • Promotions to create • Fashion Show Ticket • I have last years.. You can just change the picture. • Write Five Days worth of announcements • NO tickets will be sold at the door. • Last day to purchase tickets is Thursday, Feb. 20th. • Must pre-purchase to attend. • Only 650 tickets available. • Video a commercial to promote the fashion show. • Paint Large banner for lunch room- show mock up to coordinators first before painting. • Design shirt for event staff- Sponsors Names on Back • Design Model and Performers shirt • Program for show- schedule, models names, and event staff names, sponsors names.

9. Staging Committee • Drawings of runway, including props, etc. • Present overall concept to class • Make a list of what we need to purchase to make props. Look up costs- you have a $200.00 budget • See me because I have ideas for what I want • Must Set Up Stage the week before the show • Videographer the day of show • Staging Crew day of show (lighting, sound, etc)

10. Model Committee • Do Flyer for the following • Model, Performers, Dance Tryouts- ________in the auditorium • List of who made it posted – ________ (2 days later) outside room 917 • Do Mandatory Dates List for All Models • Model Meeting- ____________after school or ___________at 8:00 a.m. • Mandatory Practice for all Models- ________(2 days)(3:30-5:30 in auditorium) • Dress fitting dates- TBA • $10.00 Model Money- due _____________ • Write announcements about tryouts • Do Requirement list for models- day of tryouts (see me for example) • Do handout for Model Meeting on __________________ • Do Rating sheet for Tryouts • Write model contract
