Offender Supervision • All Offenders released to supervision are assigned to a regular or specialized caseload based on public safety considerations and an assessment of offender needs. • The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles (BPP) may impose special conditions for an offender’s supervision based on a needs/risk assessment. • All offenders under supervision are subject to standard conditions and drug testing.
