  3. Overview of Project Status • Beta Testing Deferred until system fixes are implemented • Re-initiate beta testing in 1st quarter 2010 • Two groups, mixed semi annual & quarterly reporters • Revised rollout schedule: • Initial launch: Spring 2010

  5. Upcoming Communications • Direct communication to volunteers in early December • 6-month volunteers notified of new test dates & ‘office hours’ • Invitations, schedule quarterly volunteers

GCCR Interim Process Improvement Update • Data testing complete • Test volunteers will be testing the updated process in Nov/Dec • Certifying summer quarter • To be resolved prior to rollout: • ID R=resources for training, communication • Streamline system access • Define administrative & support roles/responsibilities
