-Marked RDD 999 / Listed on Auto Challenge
-Weighs over 250lbs marked TP-1 other than RDD 999 or TP-2 with any RDD
-Any Shipment marked TP-3 will be automatically diverted to Sea Transport. Do not use for Dover
-Items diverted to Sea Transport could add up to 2 weeks to the delivery time.

DD250 Statement
Items were received at CCP DDSP, New Cumberland, PA and redirected to Norfolk, VA for shipment to the customer in Iraq. This has been verified by TCN tracking and Vendor POD. The items were not physically inspected to verify quantity or quality.

Vendors not filling out the supplied DD Forms Correctly
Vendors not contacting ACA prior to shipping to Dover
KO’s putting shipping instructions at the end of the contract, ensure instructions are in section D.
Vendors are not putting “Mark For” on shipments
Vendors are not labeling shipments with contract number
