Burroughs Graduation Requirements English 40 credits Mathematics (1 yr. of Algebra) 20 credits Science 20 credits World Geography 5 credits Modern World History 10 credits US History 10 credits American Government 5 credits Economics 5 credits Fine Arts or Foreign Lang 10 credits PE 20 credits Health 5 credits Electives 80 credits 230 credits ***California High School Exit Exam

Minimum College Admissions Requirements College Ready A: 2 yrs History/Social Science B: 4 years of College Prep English C: 3 yrs CP Math (must include Algebra, Geometry, Alg 2) D: 2 yrs Lab Science (must include two of three: Biology, Chemistry, Physics) E: 2 yrs same Foreign Language F: 1 yr same Fine Art: Art 1/2, Drama 1/2, Orchestra, Symphonic Band, Concert Choir G: 1 yr of CP Elective **All grades for college admission requirements MUST be a “C” or better. Grades of D or F are not recognized for college admission.
