  2. TIERED DUES STRUCTURE Group Associate Societies into 3 tiers based on annual per capita gross domestic product (per World Bank data): Tier 1: $8,000 or more Tier 2: $2,000 to $8,000 Tier 3: <$2,000 Tier 2 receives a discount of $1.00 on dues Tier 3 receives a discount of $2.00 on dues
