Family Reading Pack The multilingual picture books were created to fill a need within culturally diverse communities and to assist New Arrivals families settling in Australia with young children. 10,000 New Arrivals Family Reading Packs featuring Wilbur and other culturally appropriate reading and play resources were distributed to libraries and migration/settling agencies nationally 3,000 Wilbur DVD’s and packs
