  3. Funktion des vorderen Kreuzbandes Stabilisation des Kniegelenkes: • Kraniale Translation der Tibia • Interne Rotation des Kniegelenkes • Hyperextension des Kniegelenkes wird durch das kraniale Kreuzband eingeschränkt.

  4. Signalement • geschlechtsunabhängig • Jede Rasse • Selten bei Katzen • Peak 7 bis 10 Jahre alt

  5. Anamnese • Hinterbein Lahmheit • Mit Arthrose deutlichere Lahmheit, die trotz Ruhe nicht besser wird • Hörbarer Klick

  6. Sitztest

  7. Orthopädische Untersuchung Palpation am stehenden Tier: • Schmerz • Gelenksfüllung • Muskelatrophie • Verdickte mediale Gelenkskapsel

  8. Orthopädische Untersuchung Palpation am liegenden Tier: • Gelenksfüllung • Verdickte mediale Gelenkskapsel • Beweglichkeit (ROM) • Krepitus • Schubladentest • Tibiakompressionstest

  11. Chirurgische Technik
