  3. Do we share and recognise great things that happen in our organisations as often as we would like?

  4. What is AI? An approach where you shift to a positive perspective, look at the things that are working, and build on them. By focusing on positives, you can build the unique strengths which bring real success. AI involves the art and practice of asking questions that strengthen a system’s capacity to heighten positive potential.
