Childhood Sexual Abuse • Sexually abused children endure psychological effects that can cause negative effects into adulthood, therefore, we should address the need for resources in order to better serve survivors of abuse.

Wounded Survivors • “25% of women and 16% of men reported experiencing child sexual abuse • More than twice as likely to report suicide attempts • Marital Problems • 80% of 21 or older that were abused as children met criteria for at least one psychological disorder
