Annotation of the course«Management of tourist bureaus and trips organizers» Approaches to the management of tourist bureaus and trips organizers are theoretically and practically grounded. Realization conditions of their activity are determined. The directions of increase of efficiency of management of subjects in the field of tourism are considered
Target of the course improvement of the listener’s generalprofessional preparation using the e-learning methods of education, theory and practice studying of application of different approaches to the management of tourist bureaus and trips organizers and acquisition of knowledge and skills for their creation and functioning. Subject of the course general regularities of forming, functioning and development of management system of tourist business
Tasks of the course: • to introducelisteners the management theoretical and legal basis of tourist bureaus and trips organizers activity; • to characterize the conception of tourist product generalization, its life cycle, in particular to produce skills for development and calculation of tourist product cost; • to give knowledge concerning features of establishment of administrative relationships with the suppliers of tourist services for providing high-quality tourist service; • to acquaint listeners with basic approaches to marketing activity of tourist bureaus and trips organizers, including requirements of tourist product presentation; • to define principles of realization of personal policy in a field of tourism, including requirements concerning automation of manager's workplace; • to form abilities for a financial management of tourist enterprises; • to examine the features of process of making administrative decisions by chiefs of tourist enterprises; • to discover essence of tourist services quality and to define approaches to a creation of high-quality tourist product for achievement of enterprise competitiveness.

Annotation of the course «Management of hotel and restaurant business» A specific and conditions of hotel and restaurant business enterprises operating is determined. Organizational, administrative and technological activity bases of hotels and restaurants are described. The ways of increase of efficiency of organization and management of hotel and restaurant business enterprises are considered, which will provide their competitiveness in the conditions of market economy.
Target of the course training of hotels and restaurants staff using e-learning methods of education, acquaintance with the theory and practice of management of hotel and restaurant business enterprises and acquisition of abilities and skills of using of the basic tools and methods of making administrative decisions. Subject of the course general regularities of forming, functioning and development of the hotel and restaurant business management systems as an inalienable part of tourist business
Tasks of the course: • to introduce listeners the theoretical and legal bases of hotel and restaurant business management and examine modern requirements and measures of the operating and strategic management improvement of hotel and restaurant business enterprises; • to discover essence, value and requirement to the processes of quality control organization of hotel and restaurant business enterprises, in particular the specific of their marketable and material security formation; • to expose the main approaches to organization of personnel management, marketing and financial activity of hotel and restaurant business enterprises; • to describe modern types of management information technologies those are used in hotels and restaurants; • to form modern administrative thought and system of the special knowledge in hotel and restaurant business management; • to develop skills of the creative approaches to the using of modern methods and instruments of management of hotel and restaurant business enterprises in the conditions of market economy.
