Vision, Objectives and Geographical scope Vision Recruit and develop a pool of internationally minded individuals with the capability to become leaders. Objectives To recruit around 12 graduates each year linked directly to future business needs To build up a multi cultural, multi functional, multi skilled talent pool capable of undertaking international roles during their career Geographical scope Focus initially on Western, Central and Eastern Europe with option for some placements during 2 year training in wider business geography

What we are looking for? Individuals who: • Have a work permit to work within Europe or at least be able to work in one European country. • Are Internationally mobile • Speak a minimum of two languages fluently (one of which must be English) with preference given to European languages • Have (or are about to complete) a degree level qualification • Have had some form of work experience relevant to their chosen function • Have studied or worked outside your home country • Can demonstrate experience of leading others

Recruitment process • STAGE 1: Online Application and other online tests plus possible telephone interview • STAGE 2: Face to face Interview • STAGE 3: 2 day Assessment Centre • STAGE 4: Finally, if you are successful, you will be offered a place on the programme
