Essay on the prevention of Cancer due to technological advances in Carcinogenic substance sensors and wearable health devices

(STOTLER, 2019) LESSONS IN PSYCHOLOGY FROM CLINICAL ISSUES OF CHRONIC ILLNESS LESSONS IN PSYCHOLOGY FROM CLINICAL ISSUES OF CHRONIC ILLNESS: : PSYCHOLOGY OF: THE CANCER DEVICES AND CANCER PREVENTATIVE TECHNOLOGY I know science must be in the right place, researching and studying and developing treatment methods, implementing chemotherapies and attempting to find solutions for cancer as a whole - a malignancy (National Institute of Health, 2019) The other foci relevant to society should be held to be that of complete prevention of cancer. We are aware that such things as heavy alcohol use or abuse, smoking, tobacco at all, negligent diets, ionizing radiation and genetics can contribute to the onset of cancer (Falvo & Holland, 2018). From an article that I come to, while searching for the common ground background in cancer epidemiology, I had found that co-morbid onsets to cancer are at least recognized, and co-morbid / common mental disorder onsets are common and found in perhaps 33% of acute care cancer patients; significantly more than about 50% of these people with mental disorders, worldwide, avoid treatment (Nakash et. al, 2014). Nakash et. al (2014) call the phenomena of untreated mental disorders concomitant to cancer - a treatment gap in the life of the cancer patient. Another work proposal for scientists and researchers and medical caretakers, implementable in modern American hospitals is that that is adopted from Gresham et. al, 2018, where these researchers had pinpointed the frequency of physical activity as a remedial prescription for those diagnosed with cancer, and in which the patients relevant within the study, wore wearable health / medical devices. The devices measured physical activity and surfaced data relevant to cancer patients and physical mobility / exercise. The wearable device in thus, a future study or in practice, could be designed to not only measure physical mobility, but also UV rays from the sun or light, track vital signs, track immobility, and monitor other exposures such as to other radiations, smokes, gases and other substances known to be associated with Cancer.
(STOTLER, 2019) While these people could be warned of high levels of harmful exposure, and while still cancer free, these people too could undergo checkups every so often to monitor any blood contents that signify that cancer is possible. If we could design an app to record food intake / intake at all, and constantly monitor these people within all of these dimensions, and help these people to avoid higher rates of exposure to any of these we may lay strong tracks to initiate the abandonment of cancer. What we are talking about is an APP based wearable device system that implements all that we know about cancer, to help people avoid cancer in general. Gresham et. al, 2018 provide us an outstanding beginning to cancer patient health data and an outstanding potential for a large data base regarding the health and fitness of cancer patients. Please see this article, it is linked by here. (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site. In closing, we should be aware and at this time now, we should be very sensitive to all of the issues regarding cancer, especially regarding issues, disorders, and mental health relevant topics, while if it is possible to prevent these factors, we should be taking and making record closely, about how to do just that, and how to potentially prevent cancer and that experience from becoming more gruesome.

Apr 2, 2019 6:26pm Jacob Stotler Isobel Ryan, I am really sorry to hear this story, this must be really tough, yet, I don't know. Stories and realities like these give me a basis for making the decisions that I do. I do as much as I can for people, because when I don't have a problem in the world, it bugs me, and I hold myself to the idea that if I don't have a problem, this then is a problem. I want you to know that I am not looking passed your article, or your family's story, but I did want to write to you. What should we people studying science and disorder and illness etc., what can we take with us into our future about what you have experienced? Have you yourself started to implement behaviors, diets or rituals because of what your parents have gone through in the past?
(STOTLER, 2019) Thank you for writing and please take my inquiry with respects. from Cancer and other aspects of health (emotional, sexual, etc). Apr 2, 2019 6:54pm Jacob Stotler Hannah Burrough, I wanted to mention that the book written by Falvo and Holland (2018) stated that "not all individuals with health conditions experience significant depression, and [when they do] this doesn't mean that depression is always prolonged." I thought this was important to mention, because the research that I had segmented in archiving on this topic, too mentioned mental health disorders being commonly co-morbid with people fighting cancer, but also that mental health disorders in general are familiar appendages to cancer. My question to you is where can we track the mental health disorders to, during which stages of cancer do these disorders arise, and / or why are these disorders so common, and especially: how can we entirely prevent the mental health dysfunctions in cancer patients? It seems as if we could construct mental health measures to prevent disorders early, this too would be a positive treatment method for the journey in fighting cancer. How do you propose we do this? Lastly, I must mention, I liked your idea of sending both the client and their family to seek help with mental health post cancer diagnoses. This would benefit, when these people can afford to do so (to any measure), to help these people focus on what is still health / healthy, and prepare these people mentally
(STOTLER, 2019) and by support systems, on how to take the treatment process and what psychological tools to use, while seeking treatment for cancer. Good referral! from Cancer and other aspects of health (emotional, sexual, etc). Apr 7, 2019 8:52pm Jacob Stotler Heather Robson-Jones, Good question, good link. This I don't know. I would base evidence on the practical matter that, it looks like we could abandon the possibility of cancer by being prepared, utilizing technological means for indicting when these substances are present etc., and designing our society not to support such carcinogens / chemicals and exposures. Though I do see, that society has had a long history of struggling with abondinng harmful substances and toxins and poisons, because we need and use such devices for practical reasons, beyond the point that there are risks. Essentially, I wanted to highlight that yes, we could, America could and the world could, but will we? In perspective, I know several drinks that contain carrageenan and phenylalanine, which are known to cause cancer. These drinks play by every other rule, they are made by quality companies, in some instances they are made by certified companies, vegan companies, and otherwise "organic" companies, yet they contain these carcinogens. I have given up many things, but I rarely say no to a drink with these chemicals, because I do not drink them often, though I do enough to know that there is a risk. This is petrifying, because I see myself in the top 10% of people that care about their health, and I take every step that I can to maintain a quality health. So, yes we could probably begin to focus on preventing cancer, but if carcinogens are in our candy, we will still snack, and if carcinogens are being produced by our neighbors, we will still walk past them on a
