There are games for children to play learning about nutrients and parents are able to track their food intake accordance with a balanced diet.

FAQ’s • Healthy eating habits can carry into adult life • If unsure how to properly select and prepare healthy foods, doctors and nationalist can assist parents. • Eating meals as a family in a positive setting can eliminate binge eating when stressed. • Planning snack time will help avoid spoiling a child’s appetite. • Sweetened drinks and soda have been associated with obesity in children. Encourage children to dink more water instead. • Food should never be used for punishment. • Avoid using food for rewards too.
