  2. AVB SepharoseHigh Performance is an affinity medium made for purifying adeno-associated virus (AAV). It helps with the purification of subclasses 1,2,3 and 5.

Based on a highly cross-linked 6% agarose matrix. • The average particle size is 34 μm. • PH Stability – Long Term: 3 –10 and Short Term: 2-12 • The recommended flow rate is up to 150 cm/h at 30 cm bed height • The back pressure should not exceed 0.3 MPa, 3 bar • High selectivity and low background binding Affinity resin • Large surface area to facilitate enhanced capacity
