CP Product Line • Breakers – Jacking Hammers • Hammers • Chipping Hammers • Pics • Clay Diggers • Rivet Busters • Rock Drills • Additional Air Tools
Breakers • CP 111, CP 1210, CP 1230, CP 117, CP 1240 (16 to 45 Kg, 36 to 98lbs) • 1” (25mm) ,1 1/8” (28mm) or 1 1/4” (32mm) chuck sizes • SVR: Silenced Vibration Reduced models available • CP 1230 & 1240 also available as Spike Drivers
Breakers • Classic breakers design with heavy duty front-end springs instead of larger internal air cushion effect on ‘monobloc’ designs. • Over-dimensioning of critical components. • Compact rugged construction using steel forging for durability. • Integral lubricator. • All ‘silenced’ versions comply to EU directives.
Breakers Applications • Road networks (Repairs, maintenance engineers, research…) • Demolition • Tunneling work, trenching, pipe laying • Utilities • Drainage sewage, water works • Cable laying • Gas networks • Bridge deck work • Removal/alteration of machine beds in industries (paper mills, furnaces…) • Mine maintenance
Rivet Busters • 4 Models • 8” or 11” stroke, 1080 or 720 blows/min • D or P handle • Boyer Valve Design • Hardened Steel Piston & Cylinder • ‘Stepped’ piston • Must always be used with special tools for rivet busters (in stock in Hoeselt) • 11” stroke versions (14Kg) have about the same hitting power as a 30Kg breaker.
Rivet Busters typical applications • Concrete applications • Bridge deck work (where weight of breakers is restricted) • ‘De-capping’ concrete pillars in marinas, offshore platforms • Demolition where the hitting power of breakers is required but when most of the work needs to be carried out horizontally, not up and down. • Metal applications: • Cutting and removing large rivets and bolts (with narrow chisels and backout punch) • Cutting metal tanks or plates (3/16” thick, 5mm) by using ripper chisel • Petro chemicals (with beryllium chisels), Foundries
Pics / Clay Diggers • CP 222 Pic • 10Kg Pic. Latch retainer. ‘Versatool’. • Both outside & inside trigger. (CHOT, CHIT) • FL 22 Clay digger • Square shank. No 1 in UK for underground clay digging • FL 22 & FL 25 Pics • Cone retainer • SVR versions available
Chipping Hammers • C12 (5.5 Kg) – 19x50mm • CP 4123 (Range 5.5 – 7Kg) - Hex and Round Chuck – ‘Clip’ lock - 8 variants • CP 4125 (Range 5.5 – 7Kg) – Hex and Round Chuck – ‘Spline’ lock - 14 variants • CP 4127 (Range 7 – 8.7Kg) – Hex and Round Chuck – 2 bolts locking – Inside trigger only - 8 variants. • CP 4130 (Range 7.5 – 9 Kg) – Hex and Round Chuck (EU version coming soon) – 4 bolts locking – Outside trigger only – 6 variants
C12 Chipping hammer NEW • 5.5 Kg (12 lbs) chipping hammer • Screw on retainer for Hex 19x50mm shanks • ‘CP 9’ handle design • Inside trigger • Throttle precision • 2600 blows per minute • Air consumption: 9.5 l/s (19cfm) • Air hose: 3/8” • Length: 410mm • Item number: Z0 021858
Vibration reduced hammers • CP 4121 chipping hammer • 7.5 to 9.1 Kg range. 9 versions. • For US: 1”, 2”, 3” & 4” cylinder, Hex and Round Chuck • For non US: 3” version with 19x50mm chuck. • Special patented vibration isolator. • Air lock-out mechanism. • FL 22 SVR clay digger & pic • Pic with 22x83mm or 25mm round • Clay digger with 19mm square • FL 25 Pic • 25mm round
Small Rotary Drills: CP 9 & CP 14 • Can be used both as a drill or chipping hammer by: • rotation release on CP 14 and CP 9A, BS & F • Changing tools on CP 9 CS & E • Mufflers on CP9 BS, CS & E • Excellent power to weight ratio • Durable • CP 9 has been copied by everybody
CP 9 & CP 14 typical applications • Drilling small holes in concrete or rocks to set up dynamite • Demolition • Petrochemical applications • Utilities : Road work, Cable laying • Setting up boards, lights in tunnels • Setting masonry anchors
Sinker Drills: CP 22, 32 & 69 • 3 models 13Kg, 24Kg & 29Kg (28lbs, 54lbs & 64lbs) • Very good power to weight ratio • CP 32 ‘smooth’ drilling makes it the US no1 choice for concrete drilling and doweling work (EZ Drill) • Built in oilers • CP 32 & 69: Air blower for deep hole cleaning • CP 69: Available with water kit • Muffler available for CP 32
Sinker drills typical applications • Rocks demolition • Quarries • Anchoring • Utilities: Pipes, cables laying • Airports: Reinforcement of concrete landing platforms • Roads: Reinforcement of concrete roads or loading areas
Pumps • Two submersible pumps CP 10 & 20 • air driven impellers from 3 & 4 HP motors • Compact and good performance • Relatively high air consumption • One sludge pump CP 77 • Venturi effect, no motor to wear out • Very simple design. Easy to repair. • Very high performance • Solids up to 25mm in size
Pumps typical applications • Construction site dewatering • Removing water from trenches, ditches, manholes in mines • Wet drilling applications • Industrial sumps • Shipyards
Tampers • 2 Models 30 & 40lb. Class (13 & 19Kg) • Aluminum Butts • Exhaust Deflectors • Chrome plated piston • Heat treated cylinder • Integral Oilers • Excellent compaction characteristics • Extremely durable • High work rate • Easy Operation
Tampers Typical applications • Compacting clay, soil & sand around foundations, structures, backfill in trenches. • Compacting in confined spaces. • Cables, pipes laying. • Many backfillers on the market were designed for sand ramming only and thus lack the full power necessary for contracting operations. • CP 4RV with ring valve for heavier applications and in harder conditions.
Scabblers • Equipped with 3 Carbide Tipped Pistons • CP 6, well balanced, lightweight tool, for large surface areas • CP66 for hard to reach applications CP 6 CP 66
Scabblers typical applications • Clean-up and roughen old concrete before placing new concrete • Key the surface of construction joints. • Creating ornamental and contrasting finishes on concrete surface.
Vibrators • Eccentric weight driven by a single vane rotary motor to expel air pockets. • 1-1/2”,2-1/2” & 3-1/2” head Diameters • Variable Speed Throttle • In-Line Lubricator • Sealed Eccentric • Auxiliary Air Hose • Durable components
Core Drill • Powerful, hand-held, rotary drill with a threaded output shaft onto which a water swivel and core bit can be fitted. • Originally designed for hand cutting 65mm to 125mm diameter holes in British Telecom reinforced concrete, underground junction boxes for the installation of fibre optic cables. • Now being used in many other sectors of the construction industry where holes require cutting in concrete, brickwork and stone etc but the access or position restricts the use of rig-mounted units. • Also ideal for use in hazardous environments where use of electrical tools is forbidden.
Pneumatic Saw • Directly driven (no-belt) by 4hp motor • Built-in oiler • Standard lock-off trigger to prevent accidental starting • Two position handle
